We are Albert, Gemma, Gina and Raymond, and we will ensure that you have a fantastic vacation in Aruba.

Albert was born and raised in Holland. He came to Aruba to manage an apartment resort complex and soon decided to start Aruba Happy Rentals with a mission to find happy vacationers a happy home on Aruba. He is assisted by Gemma and Charmilla for all reservations tasks and by Gina who is taking care of all your housekeeping needs.

Raymond is the owner of Ocean 105. Born on Aruba, he grew up here and became a succesful real estate developer on the island developing propereties such as the Aruba Beach Club, Playa Linda resort, Costa Linda Resort and Tierra del Sol golf course and master-planned community, on his long list of achievements. Raymond is a true community man and is involved as advisor and board member of many important institutions and corporations on Aruba as well as abroad.
