We would like to take the opportunity to introduce our Restaurant to you – The Flying Fishbone… Located in Savaneta, Aruba’s first capitol in the early 17th century and a true Fishermen’s hometown, our restaurant accommodates you with our famous on-the-beach dining area in a unique surrounding hard to find in Aruba.

The proud owners Daniel Kameier & Frenk Graat opened the Flying Fishbone Restaurant in early 1997 and gave to Aruba what it was still missing: A restaurant where all tables are right on the beach and literally ocean front situated. The ambience of our dining area is charming and original, the perfect setting to spend an evening with loved ones.

At Flying Fishbone we combine European gourmet cuisine with the Caribbean charms of Aruba. Our chef’s Erwin Husken & Patrick Van der Donk are specialist in the preparation of fresh seafood as well as a variety of different meat types. Their fine taste and artistic hands are the signature of the food that is served at Flying Fishbone Restaurant.

Our goal to provide our guests with excellence in any of our services made many guests repeat visitors over the years and brought their family and friends to us as well.
