Is it a safe area?
Yes, we are located in the Malmok area; it is one of the best neighbourhoods of Aruba.
How do I book?
You can book through our website. Go to the ”rates & reservation” page…..or send us an email with your requests and we will be happy to assist you with your bookings or questions.
How long does it take to receive a response to my bookings?
It will take less than 4 hours to receive an email from us and less than 12 hours to receive a follow-up call or email.
What is the payment method?
All major credit cards are accepted when making a reservation.
Down payment of 50% is required to secure your reservation. The balance must be paid one month prior to arrival.
Upon arrival a security deposit is required of US$ 100.00 in cash, and when checking-out the deposit will be refunded, if everything is in order.
What time is the check-in and check-out?
Check-in and check-out are arranged according to your flight details. We are flexible and will be at the property when you arrive and before checking-out.
Are utilities included?
Yes, utilities are included. When renting long-term we charge electricity separately.
Do the rooms all look the same?
No, the rooms are all different.
All bedrooms feature king-size beds and the living rooms feautre a full-size sofa bed. All rooms are nicely decorated.
We provide a garden view one-bedroom apartment and also a garden view two-bedroom apartment. Ocean view apartments are two-bedrooms.
Is there a laundry in the building/complex?
Yes, we have a coin-operated laundry, which is free of charge for our guests to use.
Microwave included in the kitchen?
Our kitchen in every apartments are fully equipped. We offer the following amenities: Full-size refrigerator/freezer, gas cook top, microwave oven, coffeemaker, toaster, cooking utensils, cutlery, glassware, and dinnerware.
Do you provide housekeeping service?
Twice a week our housekeeper Gina, who is a very sweet and nice lady from Surinam cleans the rooms and once a week change of linens, bed sheets and towels during your stay.
Gina also does the final cleaning for preparing the room for new guests arrival.
Is broadband/DSL available?
Yes, we have wireless internet on the property. You only need to have a computing device (e.g., laptop, PDA) capable of utilizing a wireless adapter card.
The technology of WiFi is 11 Mbps fast. In theory this is 196 times faster than a dial-up modem of 56 Kbps. Due to different factors like the speed of the servers, websites, and the amount of users on the WiFi network the speed can vary.
Is parking available?
Yes, in front of the apartment complex we have parking space for all our guests.
Do you rent a cellular phone to use?
Yes, while staying at our property every room gets a cellular to use free of charge. You only have to buy a prepaid phone card in order to use it. This is available at all gas stations and food shops.
Public transportation?
Yes, on a walking distance of less than 5 minutes is a waiting area for the local bus transportation. The bus charges each person US$ 2.25 per ride. There are different stops prior to your arrival in the downtown area.
Distance to the grocery stores?
Grocery stores in the neighborhood are between 10 and 15 minutes away by car. We provide shopping service when you provide us with your shopping list. This service is by request.
Distance to the gas station?
The gas station is about 10 to 15 minutes away from our apartment complex.
Are there beach facilities?
Ocean 105 is surrounded by beautiful beaches. Boca Catalina and Boca Tres Trapi, both are fantastic for swimming, snorkeling, sun-bathing and relaxing. You are just 2 minutes away by car from Arashi beach and Aruba’s famous Palm Beach area, where you will find a wide variety of beach and water sports facilities for your enjoyment.
Ocean 105 is one of the very few vacation properties located right on the ocean, meaning no walking accross any streets to get to the beach! Two mini beaches are steps from the complex.
